our production to ensure that the pods are plump with firm and lumpy
flesh as well as naturally sweet and sour taste. Our tamarinds are
ready to eat as all seeds are removed from every pod. We operate the
steamer in a hygienic closed system factory so the tamarinds still
maintain their juicy and fragrant flesh. For a full flavour, we mix
the tamarinds with real plum powder which is not too salty before
having them wrapped in an aluminium foil to better preserve its
